BSA Lifestructures and Cook Regentec transformed a former beer warehouse on Indiana Avenue, north of IUPUI's campus, into a 22,000 square foot innovation center.

This project was awarded the Indy Chamber's Honor Award for Innovative Reuse at this year's Monumental Awards.
